"Bội Xuân” is our third year project at Ho Chi Minh University of Fine Arts. This is an event of the flower road in Vietnam organized every New Year in Nguyen Hue Street in Ho Chi Minh City. It brings liveliness and brilliance to the city every spring and has become a place of entertainment for not only citizens but also tourists from all over the world and overseas Vietnamese returning home.
